To return the product you will have to :

- Pay for shipping it back

- The Product have to still be sealed

* Damaged Goods *

If there are any major defects/damages upon arrival you need :

- Take a photo of it, it need to still be sealed

- Note the date of receiving package

- Write what company delivered the package

 If you for some reason want to refund your purchase from me before i've fully completed your order, you will have to keep these things in mind :

- You will receive a notice when i've started processing your order.

- If i already started creating your product and you want to cancel the order, then i will keep 40% of the order value for wasting my time and resources.

- These products are hand made so it does take valuable time for me to create these for you.
